THE STUDIO
Heart Luck Tattoo Company is the vision of owner James Milburn. James' goal when opening HLTC was to have a welcoming enviroment for tattoo collectors from all walks of life. He wanted everyone that walks through the door to feel comfortable, and most of all safe. You aren't just another client when you walk into HLTC, you become a friend.
The studio was open on December 26, 2021 and quickly became a staple in the heart of downtown Greeley. With multiple artist, with multiple different styles of work, we have an artist that fits anyone's needs.
